Common questions

When does the hourly clock start and stop?

This depends on the booking. Ask us to confirm the start point, finish point, minimum hours, return travel and billing increments in your written quote before you accept.

Can you hold my belongings between properties?

Tell us both dates and the likely storage period. Our regular storage arrangements can be full; we will check availability and any alternative arrangement, then confirm the provider and cost in writing.

What if my inventory changes after a quote?

Tell us before moving day and send an updated item list. A fixed price can cover a specified volume and list; additional items or work may change the price. We will confirm the revised scope in writing.

What access information matters?

Tell us about stairs, lifts, parking distance, loading bay bookings and when keys will be available at each address. Flag pianos, safes and other heavy or unusual items early.

Can I send photos?

If you have photos or a walkthrough video, mention them in your enquiry. Our team can arrange how to receive them.

Do you handle several pickup or delivery stops?

Yes. Add each extra pickup or drop-off above in the order you expect them. The team will confirm the route and any charges in your written quote.

What is an internal move?

An internal move means moving items within the same property, such as between rooms or floors. Select Internal move and tell us about stairs, lifts and heavy items.

Can I book crew without a truck?

Choose Crew and equipment only if you are arranging transport or need loading or unloading help. Describe the equipment you need so our team can confirm what can be supplied.

Are tolls and travel included?

Your estimate shows travel between addresses and any calculated call-out and return charges. Uncalculated travel and tolls will be confirmed in your written quote.
