These terms explain the website and enquiry tools. The terms for a removal job are provided with the quote and booking documents for that job.
Moving guides and estimates
The suburb, council, city and route pages offer general planning advice. They do not establish that AA has previously worked at a particular address or that a crew, truck, route, date or price is available. Check local parking and building rules with the relevant authority or building manager. Route and volume tools are indicative and cannot account for every access or handling issue.
Enquiries and bookings
Sending an enquiry requests contact or a quote. It does not place a booking or agree a final price. AA will discuss availability, the proposed services and the charging basis with you. Review the written quote and any booking terms before accepting them. Where your inventory, access or dates change, tell us so we can discuss any change to the scope or price.
Google address suggestions and route tools
Address suggestions may use Google Maps Platform. Your use of those features is also subject to Google Maps terms and Google's Privacy Policy. The optional truck route calculator uses TollGuru and discloses when addresses are sent for a calculation. See our Privacy notice for how AA handles information submitted here.
