AA Furniture Removals Pty Ltd collects the information you choose to share so we can respond to your enquiry and plan a possible move.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email, moving locations, preferred dates and the move details you provide, including inventory and access notes. We also record which page the enquiry came from so our team has context. You can start with suburbs rather than full street addresses. If you do not provide enough contact or move details, we may be unable to respond or prepare a useful quote.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you, assess your requested services, prepare and discuss a quote, manage any booking and keep business records. Submitting a form does not confirm a booking or price. We do not treat an enquiry as consent to receive unrelated marketing messages.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in the website's enquiry database and sent to AA's email account through an email delivery provider. A confirmation email may be sent to you. Google reCAPTCHA checks for spam. Address autocomplete, when used, involves Google's address services. If you choose to calculate a truck route, the two locations are sent to TollGuru; the route tool explains this before you use it. Website hosting and these service providers may process information outside Australia, including the United States. We do not publish your enquiry.
Keeping and accessing information
We limit access to people and providers who need the information for these purposes and retain it for business and record-keeping needs. If you want to access or correct the information you gave us, or ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain, email sales@aafurnitureremovals.com.au. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
